Pantry on the Go has concluded for 2016; the program will resume Spring 2017.

THANK YOU to our local Northwest Indiana McDonald’s Owner/Operators for supporting another amazing year of serving our neighbors in need. Many McDonald’s managers, supervisors, and crew members volunteered their time to the program, serving almost 12,000 individuals in 2016!

Pantry on the Go has been serving communities across Lake and Porter Counties since 2010, distributing more than 1.7 million meals over the last six years. The partnership between Northwest Indiana McDonald’s Owner/Operators and the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana provides access to grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy and proteins for individuals and families across the Region that are struggling with hunger. The weekly Pantry on the Go program travels throughout Northwest Indiana, stopping at churches, schools, community organizations and other destinations to distribute food to individuals and families in need… serving up to 200 families each week!

Pantry on the Go will resume in March. Follow Food Bank of Northwest Indiana on Facebook for more information, and look for an updated schedule in the spring. And check out the videos below to learn more about Pantry on the Go serving the Northwest Indiana community.
