The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana has developed medically tailored grocery programs in partnership with many of the Region’s healthcare providers to impact underlying health issues through nutrition. We work with organizations like HealthLinc, Regional Health Systems, Franciscan Health, Powers Health, Methodist Hospitals, Edgewater Health, Community Health Net, CoAction, Meals on Wheels, and more!
