The Souper Bowl

February 4 | 1pm – 3pm | Food Bank of Northwest Indiana | foodbanknwi.org/soup

The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana invites you to the annual Souper Bowl on Sunday, February 4th, from 1pm-3pm.
This soup sampling competition is packed full of fun!  The afternoon includes squares for the big game, local vendors, games, lively music, and more!
All proceeds will support hunger relief programs and services throughout Lake and Porter Counties.  Each attendee will be given a token to vote for their favorite soup. And if you donate two non-perishable food items, then you’ll receive an extra token to vote for your favorite soup.

The Soiree

Join us for a lively evening on Monday, April 29th at the Food Bank as we honor our healthcare partners and highlight food is medicine – showcasing its healing and preventative power.  This evening, with live entertainment, silent auction, themed raffles, and tastes from local chefs, restaurants and breweries is one not to be missed!

Candidate Engagement with Bread for the World

Be part of an enlightening evening with local candidates as the Food Bank and Bread for the World present a shared agenda in working toward food security for elect to make a difference by engaging in advocacy for the well-being of your community.

Hunger Hike

September 21 |9am-12pm| Food Bank of Northwest Indiana foodbanknwi.org/hike

Join the Food Bank on Saturday, September 21rd  from 9am-12pm at Lake County Fairgrounds for the Hunger Hike. Walk to raise awareness and funds to support hunger relief services.  Participants can create a team with family, friends, and coworkers, and enjoy the walk, kids area, games, upbeat music, sponsor booths, and more!
